Knee twisted
Good Morning My mom has twisted her knee , she actually slipped once in December due to which she suffered third degree ACL and then we did ayurvedic treatments and she got cured almost but now again her knee got twisted but this she is feeling pain on he knee especially when she walks and bends .But she also doesn't want to go out now as we live in hotspot region in mumbai so she wants to wait till everything will be better and I cant see her in pain. Can u help me out as to how I can sooth it , she applies hot pack on her knees and that gives her relief for a bit , what else can we do in home to make her condition better.

I think it is better to consult an orthopaedic for clear vision of her situation. There are medicines be but I have to get a clear picture of her condition.
