Treatment depends on the duration since injury and the morphology of the fracture and meniscus tear. The MRI films need to be reviewed in addition to a proper clinical examination. I tend to repair most meniscus tears in your patients.

Grade 3 meniscus tear ! Any instability of ur knee ? Would need to look at ur mri images and need some for details to decide on treatment options.
