Knee problem ligament reconstruction
I'm post op 8 days of mpfl surgery. Whenever i remove my knee brace in morning after sleeping my leg feels stiff. Im worried about my ROM. In these 8 days im able to bend my only 20 degrees is it normal?

Should follow instructions of your operating surgeon as no other knows what protocol to be followed after his surgery, but otherwise stiffness is common after any surgery , so must take ample NSAIDs for healing as well as to reduce discomfort and do ROM under guidance.
