  4. Knee problem. Relieve from my knee pain?

I met with an bike accident in December 2014. After 4 months Dr diagnosed that i had ligament tear in my left knee. At that time i used medicine and had gone for physio also. Now my right knee also paining. I am not able sit on the floor... what i have to do now to relieve from my knee pain?

It can be osteoarthritis. Get an X-ray of the knee
