Knee pains
I had my c section delivery on April 17th. But facing severe knee pain from 15-20 days, and slightly joint pains also. Unable to walk for longer duration, climb stairs and mainly using Indian toilet. Will be facing knee pains whole day if I used Indian toilet once also. Kindly suggest me what can be done and some home remedies to reduce pain.

Hi.. Joint pains are common after delivery. The reasons are many from weight changes, ligamentous laxity, hormonal changes, loss of calcium because of breast feeding, decreased physical activity. You will get better eventually, but don't restrict your daily activities. Ask your doctor and take calcium supplements. Start walking inside your house and avoid taking prolonged rest.
Next Steps
increase physical activity
Health Tips
