The back of my left knee hurts when i bent..also the hamstring...when I straighten my leg...i feel must have hurt while doing my yoga practise..pls advise...i have been putting ice compression and hot water bag alos relispray

Your should continue with ice pack and compression and try to stretch ur hamstring with a hold of 15 seconds two times. It can be because of hamstring shortening or muscle soreness. Get well soon
