Knee pain stiffness during pregnancy
I am  5 months pregnant now , When i was 2 months pregnant i had  knee pain i can't bent  and move  my knee .I got physiotherapy done for a few days, it got some relief but till now I  can't sit and  up  on the floor and Indian toilet . This  happened before  also   last time it happened in 2019 ,some times it happened only one leg and sometimes both .I  know in pregnancy i can't take any treatment but i am little worry about that If this problem  remain continue like, even after delivery, so what  should I do for now .please suggest me
