Hi... You pain in the knee could be due to muscle weakness and inhibilition of muscles around knee.. especially inside of your knee ..butt muscles... Don't worry...it will get alright.. I suggest you to.. Do frequent icing in your knee... Keep it wrapped..compressed with a knee support or crepe bandage... Keep a towel under your knee and press it down Keep a towel under your heel and press it down Squeeze a pillow placed between your knees.. Do calf raises.. Each exercises to be performed 15 times....3 sets..except calf raises all other exercises to be held for 5 secs... Stretch your quads by bending your knee till heel touches the butt Keep your bent knee on a raised platform and bent forward... Keep your foot on a slanting surface... without bending your knee move forward... Hope this is helpful for you... Kindly revert if you need any further clarification...
