Knee Pain since 2 months
I had got my right knee sprained 2 months back. Now the sprain has gone, but my right knee bone i am feeling week & pains when i stand or walk for long. I am experiencing stiffness in my right knee, i am not feeling it flexible. Kindly suggest me good medicine & kind of food to get flexibility, strength & pain free knee.

Hi Because of the injury the muscles supporting the knee joint have gone weak. You need to do some knee strengthening exercises to get your knee back to normal.

see a physiotherapist for pain relief treatment and knee flexibility and strenghthening exercise
Health Tips
Do not sit on the floor, squat or do lunges..wear a knee cap while doing any strenous activity
