Knee pain since 12 years
Knee pain during cold weather .stiffness in  both knee in morning. Pop sound while bending. Problem while walking. Doctor said its arthritis . Not able to get relief after consulting many doctor ayurvedic as well as allopethic Doctors.. please help its increasing day by day

if it is increasing day by day, get evaluated with radiological investigations, it will help in evaluation of knee ligaments injury
