Health Tips
At home.. Rest+hot water fomentation +apply some painkiller gel +use of knee cap... Avoid prolonged standing/ walking, no cold exposure, no stair climbing, no squatting

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  She might be having osteoarthritis of the knee. Whatever other forms of treatment be it ayurvedic or homeopathic you try, it will not help. Just get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
