Knee pain.
Running hurts my knee and thigs. Mostly only right knee. Even if iam not walking it sometimes pains.

If you run on a regular basis, it is possible that you may be suffering from certain conditions like Runner's knee, or IT Band syndrome (which goes upto the thighs), etc. You need to consult an Orthopaedic doctor who will examine you thoroughly and get some tests done,eg. Xrays or even MRI.
