Knee Pain  meet with accident on June 20
Is surgery required? MRI report says Partial loss of continuity of mild & distal fibers of ACL with edema in the inter condylar region s/o grade 2 tear. Grade 3 tear is seen in the posterior horn of medial and lateral meniscus reaching the inferior articular surfaces. Mild synovial effusion is seen in the knee joint and supra pattellar bursa.

Based on MRi report yea because you are just 20 years. But will have to evaluate clinically before deciding which needs to be operated.. meniscus can be repaired these days
