Knee pain internal rotation
I have been experiencing some pain in my right knee especially when I rotate my knee internally. It hurts when I keep my legs folded for long periods of time or when I kneel and sit on my heels. Please advise.

You need to get an MRI done. This may be due to the problem in some ligaments or meniscus in the knee. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon near you.
