Knee pain inside aprt of knee
My father is 56 and today he is having a knee pain in the area that is shown in the photo above the knee cap inside part of the knee. It is a bit swelled too from the other knee. What can it be. Should he rest to let it go or shoulf he consult. Is there any home remedy

Looks like Synovitis secondary to Knee Osteoarthritis. Get his X-ray done. Hot and Cold Fomentation with crepe bandage application with some painkiller will help him. Consult me with X-ray reports (Film)

Most likely cause is Osteoarthritis ie wear and tear in joint. Get checked out for the extent of arthritis with X rays in standing position
