Knee pain due to ligament
In 2014, I fell down a staircase and suffered a ligament tear in my right knee. The doctor said I should rest and not move my knee at all, or else undergo a surgery. But with a new born baby it was completely impossible. Now it's been almost 2 years since then and still my pain at times gets unbearable. I can't run, exercise or bend comfortably. The pain is somewhat throbbing at the sides. Allopathic treatment has given me just one option of surgery or pain killers. Can Ayurveda help me?
