Knee ligament stretched
While giving a football tackle..my right knee ligament stretched...it has been 10 days now...but the swelling is still there..what should I do so that it completely heals...

hey i would suggest u to put a knee cap and rest ur knee as much as possible...if its jus inflammation around ur knee dis should help...if pain is too much or swelling doesnt reduce den u may hve to get an xray/mri done to check on fracture/ligament sprain/tear n ol...nothin harm in takin ortho opinion

hello. your case needs to be examined properly and looked for what ligament if affected and how much it is affected. would suggest you to apply a cold pack for now and visit a orthopaedic doctor for further management. all the best.
