Knee pain at running
When was start running after few mintes my knee start getting pain the pain is like dull pain and i feel like burning sensation

Is this pain comes only on running or climbing, descending stairs is also painful? Is yes then take rest from all aggravating factors and apply ice and need to give myofascial release to IT band and need to start with VMO exercises

Hi..., Rest. Take a break from your normal activities to reduce repetitive strain on your knee, give the injury time to heal and help prevent further damage.... Ice. Ice reduces both pain and inflammation..... Compression. This helps prevent fluid buildup in damaged tissues and maintains knee alignment and stability..... Elevation. To help reduce swelling....Consult Orthopedician....
