Looking at the history given by you and assuming that you are unable to seek medical care due to corona virus lock down I am giving my opinion.
It seems you have problem of knee pain , numbness of hand chest pain and back pain
Knee pain may be exertion or due to early osteoarthritis
Tingling and numbness if not associated with weakness is usually due to Vit B deficiency
Back pain and neck pain appears to be due to spondylosis
Next Steps
Blood investigations that need to be done are CBC, RA, CRP, Serum vit B, serum creatinine, liver function test.
