Take vitamin supplements. Consult orthopaedic dr. Do quads and VMO exercises for knee pain. Vitamin 12, D and calcium might help

Looking at the history given by you and assuming that you are unable to seek medical care due to corona virus lock down I am giving my opinion. It seems you have  problem of knee pain , numbness of hand chest pain and back pain Knee pain may be exertion or due to early osteoarthritis Tingling and numbness if not associated with weakness is usually due to Vit B deficiency Back pain and neck pain appears to be due to spondylosis
Next Steps
Blood investigations that need to be done are CBC, RA, CRP, Serum vit B, serum creatinine, liver function test. Review these reports with an orthopaedic surgeon or consult me with reports directly on Practo
Health Tips
If you don't have any history of diabetes , hypertension, renal disease or allergies then you can try 1. Tab voveran d 50 mg twice a day for 5 days 2. Tab Renerve plus once a day for 30 days 3. Cap Uprise D3 60 K once a week in the morning with milk for 4 weeks along with hot fomentation and Volitra gel. Caution to be exercised before taking medication as there are chances of acidity, nausea , vomiting, gastric irritation, constipation and allergic reaction . if this happens then please show the nearest consultant on an emergency basis.
