I have constant pain in my legs and pain in my knee when I keep standing for 20 minutes or more or walk for the same duration.
I have never had such problem in past.
Problem started in January this year and that time I was going to gym. I left gym in beginning of march.
I need to know whether there is a permanent solution to such problem?
Further, how serious this problem is? I wish to consult to doctor after getting initial response.
Also, should I join gym or not considering the problem?
