Knee pain after physical activity
I used to face knee pain and whenever i do physical activities like running or any other exercise like jumping etc i experience pain in my knee. Done my x ray and also MRI. MRI report says there is a stress fracture and subarticular edema is seen along medial tibial plateau. I would like to know what it is exactly and how i can get rid of pain and

Avoid Running , Jumping , Squatting for atleast 8 weeks. Wear Short knee Brace for 6 weeks. Take Calcium Supplements for 1 Month. If not relieved consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
