Knee Pain after climbing stairs
I have climbed many steps faster and for more time in past week. Suddenly yesterday from morning after sleeping by stomach, I felt pain above my knee joint in the muscles and also slight pain on the knee cap especially while bending. But no swelling or redness and also no pain while standing. Kindly say why it is and how to cure it permanently.

May be you might have developed chondromalacia patellar or just muscular pain around knee joint.
