I was diagnosed with osteochndral defect of the knee. There is almost no symtoms just a little pain here and there. I was wondering if its ok if I finish up two months of the season if its not bothering me. Its senior year and i am a starter

You can continue if there is little or manageable pain.
But remember, if you walk over the osteochondral defect too much or if you are heavy weight, then you would be doing more damage to the defect in terms of depth and size.
So choose wisely.
For time being you can try PRP.
