Knee making a sound
Hi,
Am 24years old female.
When I sit on ground and get up I hear cracking sound from both of my knees. This has been the case since many years. I am not having any pain.
Just want to check if this sound is normal as it has been there since forever.

Mostly your muscle is wear and the sound your hearing and the crackling sound your feeling is coz the knee cap is rubbing against the notch of the thigh bone..
Quadriceps exercises are the solution for this.
