Knee Ligament
I had an ilizarov operation of lengthening of my left leg femur in 2009 but due to some reason i am having problem in my knee. Lateral colletral Ligament are not developed due to which side by side movement is there.

Hello.
Kindly get a knee cap with a patella window in it and wear it to prevent hurting the knee further and also give stability to the knee till the strengthening takes place.
See a good physiotherapist asap who is specialising in McKenzie and balance training .
