Leg Lengthening operation
Can leg Length be increase with the operation if one leg is shorter then the other and is there any side effect of it and what is the success rate.

Such leg lengthening is usually done for patients with complex fractures or for reconstruction after major bone removal. Such procedure is usually not recommended for increasing height, as the risks of complications is high compared to the benefits it gives

Yes Its possible Success rate is good but varies depending upon various factors like skin condition, bone quality, how much lengthening required, blood circulation of leg etc
