SURESH WABLE Modality: MR Impression for Report: Moderate lipohaemarthrosis Avulsion fracture of the tibial attachment of the ACL Diffusing mild signal abnormality within the body of the ACL suggests sprain/post-traumatic oedema Undisplaced fracture through the posterior central upper tibia with marrow oedema within the fractured bone as well as the parent bone. PCL and root attachment of the posterior horn lateral meniscus are attached to the fractured bone. Fracture of the posterolateral upper tibia with mild inferior depression of the fractured bone fragment and marrow oedema/bone contusion within the fractured bone as well as the adjacent tibia. Subchondral bone marrow oedema/bone contusion in the anteroinferior aspect of the lateral femoral condyle with intact overlying articular cortex and articular cartilage Vertically oriented T2 hyperintense signal at the meniscocapsular interface of the posterior horn of the meniscus is suggestive of a ramp lesion with subcortical bone marrow

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However  I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  no pillow under the leg. --.You should preferably have above knee plaster cast for some time. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises --.(Take help of a physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
