Your knee pain is patellofemoral pain due to weak muscles. Your hand pain is also due to overuse of mobile and holding the baby since 2 years. You have to improve your lifestyle, reduce your pains and get in a good mental frame of mind before placing to get pregnant which you can.
Next Steps
we can do a teleconsultation if you want to understand the problem. there is no need for you to live with this pain.
