Hi i am suffering  from knee pain in both knees its like burning sensation i walk for 3 km daily from one month. It was there before but very lite but its been more from the day started jogging Been diagnosed for d3 inefficiency 5 months back had 60k iu weekly for four month

Pain may be due to muscle strain while jogging,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated
