Knee buckling
Am 59 years.. having bp and on 2.5 mg medicine a day I walk 7 to 8 kilometers per day @ 6.3 kmph speed Since a month I am experiencing knee buckling. Can you suggest anything than consultation

Can happen because of arthritis. If possible get these tests done CBC , ESR , CRP , RA factor , calcium and vitamin d levels For relief from pain do follow things. 1. Use knee cap 2. Tab zerodol sp twice in a day for 5 days. ( For pain and information). 3. Apply diclofenac gel or spray. 4. Can apply ice pack 5. Keep the legs elevated at night by putting pillows under the leg. 6. Take cholecalciferol (vit d 3) sachet 60000 IU one's in a week for 8 week's. 7. Have milk and milk products. Go for walk alternate days.
