3 days before in the morning I was running very fast between two points let's say A and B.when I was running back from B to A ,my leg skid in the mud and my leg was bent,immediately I felt some pain in my left knee.so I stopped and took some rest. This happened in the morning and there is no much pain after some time,but in the afternoon the pain started growing and I couldn't raise my leg. So I took 'Zerodol SP' for two days and it seemed the pain got reduced.But again from yesterday evening some pain was there and if I touch the bone I get little bit more pain. So please suggest me what to do now.

Well initial step would be to give rest and ice packs
Try elastocrepe compression bandage while walking
Try To continue tabs
If pain persists need to take an X-ray or else need Mri if bending and walking also still painful inspite of the initial treatment of rest and ice packs
