Hi At your mom's age, the most common cause of knee pain is Osteoarthritis (wear and tear of the knee joint). Try the following: *Apply hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag apply Nobel Gel *Tab Flexon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 7 days) (if you are not allergic to it) *Tab Pantakind (1 tablet before breakfast in the morning for 7 days) *Avoid sitting sleeping on the floor. This is very important! *Avoid using stairs as much as possible. If you go to a place which has a lift, use the lift even for coming down. *Avoid using an Indian Toilet. Use a Western style toilet or a foldable toilet chair. This is also very important! *Follow the exercise given in the video below: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bE3xkOIekiU
Next Steps
Follow the above steps and do let me know after 1 week if you have pain relief.
