As it was mid term it stated that it can be used any time of the day and I used it during evening

I have never used a "Midterm Testing Kit" . I don't know why you needed to test yourself in "Midterm" . It should be so obvious to see that you are pregnant.
There are many tests related to pregnancy which are done during midterm , but not a urine test to diagnose pregnancy.

Its mid stream testing kit ,yes it is usually preferred morning samples , but can be used at any time of the day.
And yes it can be relied upon.
