1)Drink only hot water
2)1 spoon honey in normal temp water- drink early mrng empty stomach
note:- never ever take honey with warm or hot water, it becomes toxic and will have adverse effect on your joints
3) 1 full tbl spoon of triphala at night with warm water 2 hrs after dinner...take this daily.

Please share rhe image of scaning also.second consult with allopathy MD medicine .if you have no problem then you can wait for treatment if its size increase with in three months then I will suggest you go for minor surgery. If its size not increase then doctor may avoid it.
Repeat scanning after 3 months
