Report from MRI Says this and my doctor suggested me take 15days physiotherapy.
Primary bony spinal canal narrowing with short pedicles from L1 to L5 level. Mild disc bulge at L1-L2, L2-L3 and L3-L4 levels indenting anterior thecal sac. Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level mildly compressing spinal canal, narrowing bilateral neural foramina and just abutting bilateral traversing nerve roots. No other significant abnormality seen.
