Thirst is not typically related to a renal stone.
Pain in fingers again does not seem to be related to a kidney stone.
Please dont be anxious about the stone. If it's causing any pain or any discomfort, please consult a urologist online with your USG reports.
We can prescribe some medications that can help with the stone
Next Steps

Health Tips
do not panic, the thirst and finger pain are probably a different entity.
