Hi I have two kidney stones one inside kidney of. 4mm and another 6.5mm in the ureter stone. Few days back I got heavy pain and found it, the consulted doc said due to obstruction it is compulsory and emergency to do an operation. Can it be cured without operation ? How can I treat the 4mm inside kidney and 6.5mm outside?

The kidney stone can me managed medically.in case the pain is persistent or you have fever or your lab investigations shows deranged kidney function ,you might have to undergo surgery for ureteric stone

Ureteric stone can be treated with medications for 1 month. If still present after 1 month better to get it operated.
Kidney stone is very small. No medication available to treat that.
