Kidney stone treatment
Had severe pain in stomach. Went to a small hospital nearby and had a scan. Found that Rk - 3mm right renal calculus and left kidney - mild left hydroureteronephrosis due to 6.1mm calculus in UV Junction. The general physician there wasn't explaining well and suggested to take zenflox 200mg, drotader mf and potrate mb6 syrup and plenty of water. Is this treatable using these medicines? Or should I consult any other doctor. How much time usually takes for these stones to go away. Attaching my report too. Please suggest

Take tb Alfoo 10 mg for 7 days. Drink plenty of water around 2.5-3 litre daily. Repeat usg after 1 week. If stone at vuj is still there, go for endoscopic surgery (URSL)
