Kidney stone of 5mm
July end i was diagnosed with a 5mm kidney stone in the upper pole of right kidney. I drink 2.5 litres of water everyday. And lemon juice too. How long does it take to pass naturally? Does it pain while passing? If yes how severe will it be? Please suggest some diet changes.

depends upon anatomy the passage rate varies, it might pain if it passes, severity is subjective, decrease salt protein in diet and increase water 4 l per day
