Nothing to worry or get anxious Urinary irritation could be because of two things 1. UTI 2. Stone can cause irritation when it's coming down Urinary retention again could be because of stone causing block in the passage of urine. 3.3 mm stone in kidney will 90% come down on its own. So don't worry.
Next Steps

Hi normally kidney stones of this size don't cause obstruction. Plus how much urine is retained in sonography?? Stone is a treatable cause. You should consult a Nephrologist who will examine, evaluate and give you correct guidance Because information provided is quite less.
