Today after sonogrsphy I come to know that I have 3.3mm kidney stone on the upper side of left kidney. My pus cell count is 8.having light burning sensation while passing urine no fever no chill.ple advice treatment

3.3 mm stone will come out on its own
Drink 3.5 litres of water per day
If you have burning sensation even after drinking adequate fluids, then do a urine culture sensitivity test and see your doctor.
