drink lots and lots of water. at home you can do this much.
for further management, consult a surgeon. get Yourself examined, get a USG done and find out where the stone is and of what size it is.
then a particular plan can be made on your treatment.
if the stone is small, it will come out through urine if you take lots of water.
if its big, the surgical treatment is the best.
