Kidney stone
I have stone in my right kidney.. it pains a lot sometimes. i had ultrasound and i have hydronephrosis also in right kidney. i want to know what should be my diet because m not getting it from internet.

You should avoid Spinach,Tomato,guava, chocolates etc. ,Take plentyof fluids,Take barley water,Syp. Stone one 3 teaspoons 3 times a day diluted in water;Light Beer if acceptable, coconut water; call me 98 11 0 31656
