Kidney Stone
I have kidney stone from last 4 years . if have take some medicine then it is gone but after some time , it comes . Please suggest me how can remove permanently ?

At least 15 glasses of water per day.
Stop following medicines if you take - Calcium , Vitamin C,D and multi vitamins.
Decrease weight if Obese.Decrease Animal Protein (Meat).
Increase Fruits and vegetables.Decrease Salt Intake.Avoid chocolate, tea and spinach.
Avoid Beer (uricosuric affect), alcohol.
