Had an Xray post lithotripisy which shows 4.9mm stone in left ureter. I have a UTI with failed antibiotic treatment. I am having pain in my left side and burning. Should I go to ER or let it pass on its own. I have a history of kidney stones and sepis.

In presence of infection with stone in ureter, you need active treatment.
Please consult a urologist nearby and get it treated or you may again have sepsis.
