Kidney stone diet question
Can I take orange juice (without sugar) when I have stones formed in my both kidneys? Do I need to avoid all vegetables that contain oxalates?

Maintain hydration good enough to have urine output of 2.5 to 3 litres per day. Take calcium supplements. That would reduce your oxalate absorption. You can reduce the intake of oxalate containing vegetables, but cant practically stop them all. Good hydration is the key.
