It's absolutely normal.There is a difference of 1-1.5 cm between the left kidney and right kidney as a general rule applicable to the population and USG measurements are subjected to observer variations.if u don't have any blood pressure issues ,swelling of feet and foaming in urine its unlikely u have any kidney issues
