I was just diagnosed with my fourth UTI in two months. This pain is very different and in my back as well. The urinalysis came back with renal epitheal cells and casts, two things that have never shown up before. Do those things indidcats kidney infection?

What you need to look for in your complete urine examination, if you want to know whether you have a uti is pus cells aka white blood cells or any protein. As you have not mentioned regarding them and also wether you have any burning while urination etc or your com or I'd conditions, I would refrain myself from saying that you have a uti.
