Kid nasal mucus with blood.its dried when I cleaning that with cloth then only I can see the bloody browny or red mucus ..is this serious or please adivde

You gave not mentioned age and if child is otgerwuse well or having acute problems like fever or long term problems like bleeding from elsewhere or growth and development problems. Mild dried blood with mucous in an otherwise well child is not an issue
