Yes, it implies diabetic status, low grade fever and vomiting implies some GI Infection or even Gall bladder stone or cholecystitis.

Hello,
You will have to start medication for diabetes as fasting sugars are high. Cut off to start medication would be 126. Get a doctor consult or share your reports with me for further management.
